MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Lanes are back open Friday morning after a crash blocked all lanes on I-40 eastbound approaching the bridge from Arkansas.
According to the Arkansas Department of Transportation, the crash was reported around 6 a.m., Feb. 16, 2024.
Traffic was still experiencing delays due to the backup as lanes were reopened.
