MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Northbound traffic on I-55 has returned to normal after a multi-vehicle crash occurred early Wednesday morning.
The crash happened near East Shelby Drive around 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 31, just after police opened up lanes in the area following a deadly shooting.
