WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. — A tractor trailer crash and fire caused I-40 in West Memphis to shut down for a while Friday morning, causing big delays.
It happened about 4:30 a.m. along westbound I-40/I-55 near Missouri Street, just past Southland Casino. The tractor trailer had overturned and caught fire, leading to all lanes being shut down.
