MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Traffic was backed up in the Raleigh area Monday morning after a two car accident at Austin Peay and Yale Rd.
We're told one person involved in the accident was injured and transported to the hospital in critical condition.
The inside north and south lanes on Austin Peay Rd. were blocked as MPD worked to clear the accident.
South bound traffic headed into Memphis was also backing up.
