MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Traffic coming into Memphis from Arkansas over the I-40 bridge is back to normal after it was down to a crawl Friday morning when a multi-car crash initially closed the bridge down Eastbound, Memphis Police said.
All eastbound lanes of I-40 coming into Memphis from Arkansas were shut down due to the crash, which is on I-40 between Riverside and Third Street.
Memphis Police said those coming to Memphis from Arkansas should take I-55.
