MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A new nonstop flight will be available for Spring Break for travelers headed to Florida from Memphis.
Spirit Airlines announced Tuesday nonstop service between Memphis International Airport and Tampa International Airport from March 7, 2024, through April 9. The flights will run three days a week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
Spirit also said it would add a second flight between Memphis and Orlando International Airport during that same time period.
“We’re excited to offer our Memphis Guests More Go to Florida this spring,” said John Kirby, Vice President of Network Planning at Spirit Airlines. “It also makes it easier for our Tampa Guests to discover the ‘Home of the Blues’ this spring.”
“This seasonal flight gives Spring Break travelers another Florida option this year,” said Michael Keeney, Chairman of the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority Board of Commissioners. “We encourage our passengers to support this route.”
