MEMPHIS, Tenn. — FedEx Express is warning customers about possible delays after the company said severe weather caused “substantial disruptions” at the Memphis hub Tuesday night.
The global shipping giant said the weather at the hub created hazardous conditions for workers, “and the safety of our team members remains our number one priority.”
FedEx said packages that were supposed to be delivered Wednesday, Jan. 24, may be delayed, and contingency plans are in place.
Customers can track specific shipments at fedex.com. The company also said, “Consistent with the provisions of the FedEx Service Guide, shipments delayed due to inclement weather are not eligible for a refund or credit under the Money-Back Guarantee policy.”
