Teen to be tried as an adult for the killing of John Materna, Memphis' 'Watermelon Man'
Demarion Tackett was 15 years old when Memphis police said he shot and killed John Materna, known as the Watermelon Man, on May 15 at the corner of Homer and Wayne.
