Ransom: When will the bickering between Halbert and county government end?

Richard Ransom explains why he thinks the bickering between Shelby County Clerk Wanda Halbert and county government is getting tiring.

They even passed a resolution earlier this month saying it should open Monday. Shelby County government tweeted Monday basically challenging Halbert to open the office ASAP, saying the office is ready to open now.

Halbert's response? Basically, to shrug it right off, saying not only is it not ready to open now, but it will also likely be December before it is.

Halbert should invite news cameras inside the new office to show the public why it's not ready because this bickering back and forth is getting tiring.
